Our guardianship arrangements are designed to provide clarity, simplicity, and complete peace of mind from the outset. 

Each booking is considered individually, with arrangements confirmed in advance to ensure alignment with your home, your companion animals, and the level of care required. 

For new West London clients, we offer a complimentary in-person Meet & Greet.

This allows us to:

• Meet you and your companion animals in their home environment

• Understand routines, preferences, and care requirements

• Walk through practical household details

• Ensure the arrangement feels naturally aligned before confirmation

For countryside or international stays, an online consultation may be arranged where appropriate.

£110 per 24-hour period

A clear, single rate for live-in home and pet guardianship across West London.

Included within this arrangement:

• Dedicated live-in presence throughout your time away

• Daily care, feeding, companionship, and agreed walks

• Medication administration where required

• Discreet home oversight and security presence

• Management of deliveries and agreed household access

• Light plant care and routine household upkeep

• A calm, orderly home on your return

The standard arrangement comfortably covers most households with up to two companion animals.

Where care requirements are materially more involved than standard households, arrangements are tailored individually and agreed in advance.

We generally accept guardianships of 7 nights or more, allowing time for animals to settle, routines to remain consistent, and the relationship to develop naturally.

Shorter arrangements will be considered for returning clients, where calendars allow.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates.

Deposits are fully refundable where cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the guardianship start date.

As each booking is held exclusively, deposits become non-refundable within 30 days of the arranged start date.
