Home Haven was created from a simple belief: that your home and beloved pets deserve a trusted presence while you are away.
We are Pashet and Raj, a married couple providing discreet live-in guardianship for homes and pets across West London and the Home Counties.
We care for each household with genuine respect and attentiveness, tending to the details that help your home feel lived in and animals remain settled within familiar routines.
As homeowners ourselves, we understand the reassurance that comes from knowing your home is thoughtfully looked after.
By intentionally accepting a select number of guardianships each year, we are able to offer continuity, personal attention, and a consistent presence to every household we care for.

'Pashet and Raj were perfect guardians for our animals and home. They went out of their way to visit in advance for a briefing, as we would not be there on arrival. We have a big old house and they managed the wood burners and Everhot beautifully, were proactive with the bins, and left everything spotless, even laundering their own bed linen.
What’s more, Pashet, a talented artist, left us two beautiful paintings. We were quite overwhelmed. Ruby, Poirot and Amy May were very well looked after and we were able to enjoy our India trip feeling completely relaxed about everything at home. Highly recommended.'

We arrange a visit to your home to understand its routines, preferences, and to meet your companion animals in their familiar environment.
Should it feel more natural, we are equally happy to meet at a local café nearby first.

We accept a limited number of guardianships each year to preserve continuity, personalised care, and the trusted relationships at the heart of our work.
